The Virnig V50 Tine Fork Grapple (SSL) (CTL) is a rugged two-jaw skid steer attachment built to securely handle debris, brush, manure, and other irregular loads. - Universal mounting with included hardware: Comes with universal skid steer mounting hoses, couplers & fittings for quick, compatible installations on SSL and CTL machines.
- Independent two-jaw hydraulic operation: Each jaw runs on its own cylinder, delivering balanced clamping and consistent pressure across uneven loads.
- No cross member for better penetration: Absence of a cross member at the tine tips lets you reach and grab material more effectively, even in dense debris.
- Robust frame with vertical braces: Two 1/2" thick vertical braces increase strength while maintaining access for loading and dumping.
- High-strength cylinders and reliable components: 2.0" bore with 8.375" stroke nitro-coated hydraulic cylinders and corrosion-resistant NitroSteel® rod pistons for longer service life.
- Greasable pins and precision pivots: 1.25" cylinder pins and 1.563" hinge pins are greasable, with Teflon®-coated bushings at all pivot locations for smooth operation.
- Replaceable, heavy-duty tines and step: 2" diameter tines are replaceable; bolt-on step features a laser-cut steel pattern that grips in harsh conditions.
- Durable, service-friendly design: No cross member at tine tips enhances penetration, and the system is designed for straightforward maintenance and part replacement.
- Size options with clear specifications: Available widths include 60", 66", 72", and 78" (overall widths 61.3", 67.3", 73.3", 79.3"); weights range from 1040 to 1250 lb; jaw opening remains 38.2" across sizes; tine counts range from 9 to 12 with spacing between tines from 5.1" to 4.8".
- Operational note for certain loaders: There is a known clearance issue on M-Series Bobcat loaders when Cylinder Guards are installed and jaws are open; plan installation and clearance accordingly.
